Lynne Miller

Former Norman Mayor

Miller, who grew up in Norman, was elected as Ward 5 council member in April 2013, elected for a second term in 2015 and was elected mayor in 2016. After receiving both a bachelor’s degree and Master’s in education from the University of Oklahoma, Miller served 30 years as a teacher, counselor, director of special education and principal.
