The World Languages Department of Norman Public Schools believes that all students can learn languages and strives to create life-long learners and communicators by fostering interest and enthusiasm for world languages. The staff promotes understanding of other cultures and communities. Students build skills that allow them to communicate appropriately in the target language and with the target culture.
